We are a small business and we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we (“Naqvi Enterprises, LLC,” “Kudo Banz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect from you and how that information is used when you access or use our website, application(s) or related services (collectively, our “Services”).

Each time you access or use our Services, you are accepting this Privacy Policy at that time. This includes any updates or changes made from the last time you accepted it. When we update this Privacy Policy, we will also update the Effective Date shown above. You will be notified of any changes that materially reduce your rights.


1. Definitions

In this policy, “Personal Information” means information pertaining to you, such as your name, contact information, etc. We will not collect Personal Information about you without explicitly asking you for it.

“Anonymous Information” means aggregated, de-identified information that we may gather from you that does not identify you as a particular individual. This information may be collected through the use of cookies and other technologies to improve, provide, protect, and promote our Services.  Specifically, each time you visit our Website we automatically collect and store your IP address and browser information. We also monitor user traffic and usage.

“User Information” means either or both of Personal Information and Anonymous Information.

“Website” means our website, as accessible through the web address

“App” means our downloadable software application for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.


2. Disclosure of Information Outside of Kudo Banz

Except as otherwise stated in this Section 2, we do not sell User Information to any third party. Further, we will only disclose User Information to trusted third parties in limited situations and when we do so we contractually require such third parties to comply with this Privacy Policy and implement reasonable safeguards to protect personally identifiable information. As with many small businesses, we engage with third parties to provide hosting and IT services. Such third parties may have access to User Information to the extent necessary to provide such services to us.

We reserve the right to disclose User Information to government authorities or other third parties when reasonably necessary to comply with laws or regulations, or to protect our rights or property. We also may provide User Information to third parties when we believe that the use of our Services facilitates or causes harm to others.  In the event of a sale, merger or reorganization of our company, we reserve the right to transfer User Information to the purchaser, surviving entity or reorganized entity, as applicable.


3. Important Information for Users Outside of the U.S.

We operate our Website from, and store User Information in, the United States. Our collection of User Information in the course of providing our Services is thus governed by U.S. law. Other countries may have different or greater protections for User Information than the U.S. By using our Services, you agree to the transfer and use of your User Information to and in the U.S. in accordance with U.S. law.

We take reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of User Information in our care. However, we cannot guarantee that information is absolutely safe. By using our Services, you agree that we will not be liable for any accidental or improper disclosure or use of User Information, whether resulting from our mistake or the unauthorized action of others.

6. Collection of Information and Children’s Privacy


A. Children’s Privacy

Your children’s privacy is important to us.  The Services are intended for use only by adults over 18 years of age (e.g., parents, legal guardians, teachers).  Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect, store or disseminate personally identifiable information regarding children under 13.  If an adult user of the Services chooses to store personal information of his or her child using the Services, such personal information will be stored only locally on the user’s device and will not be transmitted to us, and neither we nor our service providers can access or use such data.  However, we urge adult users in such cases to use appropriate security controls available on your device, including password-protected access, to secure such personal information.

We only request personally identifiable information from parents, legal guardians and/or teachers and we will never knowingly solicit, nor will we knowingly accept, personally identifiable information from users under 13 years of age.

If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address or photographs. In the event that we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

B. Our Website

Our Website is intended to be used only by individuals over the age of 18. No one under age 13 is allowed to access or use the website.

When you visit our website we may ask you for your e-mail address so that we can send you periodic e-mails regarding our Services and products. You do not have to furnish this information, and if you choose do so, you may unsubscribe from receiving our e-mails at any time by contacting us. Do not provide an e-mail address or phone number accessible by or belonging to an individual under the age of 13. If you choose to purchase products through our website, further information will be collected by the third-party payment processor identified when checking out. That third-party payment processor’s own privacy policy will cover your actual transaction. We will explicitly ask you before collecting any additional Personal Information.  

In addition to the above, we may collect certain Anonymous Information for use in improving our Services and our customer experience.


C. Our App

Similar to our Website, when you download our App we may ask you for your e-mail address so that we can send you periodic e-mails regarding our Services and products. Do not provide an e-mail address or phone number accessible by or belonging to an individual under the age of 13.

As noted in Section 6(A) above, when using our App, you may, entirely at your option and without solicitation, upload pictures and voice recordings and enter names. The pictures, voice recordings and  names are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted, directly or indirectly, to us. We do not access this information, and we do not disclose or sell this information to any third party. We may collect Anonymous Information, however, through the App, including the length of time over which a user uses the App and the pages within the App that they view. This does not reveal the user’s personally identifiable information and is not shared with third parties other than the service providers we use to operate the Services.  

You can review the pictures, voice recordings and names stored locally on the mobile device on which the App is installed by accessing the App and viewing the relevant profile. You can delete the locally stored pictures, voice recordings and  names by uninstalling the App. Upon uninstalling the App, the App will no longer locally store pictures, voice recordings or names.


7. Links to Other Websites / Platforms

We take reasonable steps to inform users of our Website when they may be directed, for instance by a link, to a platform or website not under our control. Please be aware that access or use any of such platform or website will be governed by the privacy policy of that particular platform or website, and not our own. As we have no control over the content of such platforms and websites, we are not liable for their content or activities.
